At Terra Matching, we are committed to delivering reliable outdoor gear with efficiency and care. We have streamlined our logistics to ensure your order is processed quickly and arrives safely at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Quality Check: Every item undergoes a final inspection before packing.

Dispatch: Once your package is handed to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Note: During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days due to high order volume.
2. Shipping Timelines
We offer tracked shipping for all orders to ensure you can monitor your package's journey.

Shipping times are estimates commencing from the date of dispatch.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.

System Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking status to update in the system.

If your tracking number does not show activity after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your local customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Terra Matching is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
5. Order Modifications
We strive to process orders as fast as possible. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@terramatching.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a label has been generated, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priorities.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Terra Matching is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking status updates as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) immediately to file a claim.
We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided.
