Thank you for shopping with terramarching. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery issues, and other shipment-related matters.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing it for shipment.
Most orders are processed, checked, packed, and transferred to our shipping partners within approximately 3 business days.
Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next available business day, usually the following Monday.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Once your package has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically 10–20 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local carrier handling, seasonal volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our direct control.
Please note that all delivery estimates are provided for reference only and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.
3. Shipping Fee
We offer standard worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $5.99 USD.
The final shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
4. Where We Ship
terramarching ships to customers worldwide.
To provide efficient delivery and product availability, orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, or directly from our trusted manufacturing partners.
The shipping origin may vary based on inventory location, product type, and the destination address.
If we are unable to ship to your country or region in rare circumstances, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
This email will include your tracking number.

Please allow a few business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active. It is normal for tracking updates to take some time to appear.
6. Tracking Updates & Possible Delays
Tracking information may occasionally pause while the package is moving between carrier facilities, customs offices, or international logistics hubs.
If your tracking has been updated within the past 7 days, your package is usually still moving through the delivery network.
If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@terramarching.com with your order details so we can assist you.
Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, peak shipping seasons, incorrect address information, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of terramarching.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages.
This may happen when items are stored in different warehouses or when separate shipping allows faster delivery.
Each shipment may receive its own tracking number. If your order is split into multiple packages, tracking details will be sent separately by email.
8. Order Changes
Order modifications are highly time-sensitive.
If you need to update your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, item size, color, quantity, or any other order detail, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after placing your order.

We will make every reasonable effort to help. However, once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
9. Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or hold the package at a local post office, delivery center, or pickup location.
In this situation, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly and providing your tracking number for further instructions.
Please note that terramarching is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier.
10. Long Transit Time
If your order appears to be taking longer than expected, please first check the most recent tracking update.
If the tracking has updated within the last 7 days, the shipment is generally still in transit.
If no update has appeared for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@terramarching.com. Kindly include your Order Number and Order Email so our team can review the shipment status and assist you.
11. Lost Packages
If you believe your package may be lost, please contact our customer support team.
We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment status.
If the carrier investigation confirms that your package was lost during transit, terramarching will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
12. Packages Marked as Delivered
If the tracking status shows that your package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, reception desks, mailrooms, or your local carrier first.
Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided, terramarching is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
13. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be imposed by your local authorities.
These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
14. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your address before completing your order.
terramarching is not liable for delivery failure, returned packages, delays, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information.
15. Shipping Disclaimer
By purchasing from terramarching, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other external factors are outside our control.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Order changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
- Our responsibility for an order ends once tracking confirms successful delivery.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
