General Return Policy
All purchases made through terramarching are considered final sale.
We generally do not accept product returns or exchanges. The only exceptions are cases where the item is confirmed to have a quality-related issue, arrives damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
Return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy may not be approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim, please email support@terramarching.com with the following information:

- The email address used for the order
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Photos or a video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Any additional details that may help us review your case
Once we receive the required information, our support team will assess your claim. Approved solutions may vary depending on the situation and may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Each case is reviewed individually.
Refunds
If your claim is approved and a partial or full refund is issued, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically reflected within 7–12 business days after processing.
Please note that the exact posting time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company. We are not able to control the processing speed of external financial institutions.
Exchanges
We do not provide standard exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, wrong selection, size, color, or quantity chosen by the customer.
A replacement may only be offered when the item is verified to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent, and the claim has been approved by our support team.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send any item back unless our customer support team has specifically instructed you to do so.
To be eligible for assistance, you must first contact us at support@terramarching.com and receive confirmation that your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without prior notice, approval, or instruction from our support team will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or any other form of assistance.
