At Terra Matching, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase included

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Refused Shipments & Dispute Resolution

If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us at support@terramatching.com immediately. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank first, as this will delay the refund process significantly. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues directly and quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
